If, from the date of booking, the products are not delivered, buyers will receive a full refund. In the event of non-delivery by our side within the specified time period, Buyers can request for the same order to be re-shipped at no additional cost. Buyers are required to provide the order number and the reason for refund/reshipping to our customer executives.

Once an order has been processed or already shipped/dispatched, we regret to inform you that we cannot consider requests for refunds.
